Macra na Feirme seeks to improve the quality of life in Ireland for young people who wish to remain in rural areas. By creating programmes and activities, Macra works for people aged between 17 and 35 and aids their development all while advocating for them at a national level.
The Zoosh team took the time to undergo extensive research into the understanding of our organisation and the numerous stakeholders our new website needed to cater for
Macra sought a digital solution to help aid the local community. With a big community to aid and limited digital experience, they needed a partner to help create a website and train them to be self-sufficient on the Shopify back-end.
Zoosh conducted detailed research with problem framing, stakeholder mapping, interviews and usability testing to create Persona & Scenario documentation. These were fed into the company’s go-to-market strategy and enabled relevant value propositions towards the different groups of users. Ultimately, it led to the creating a Shopify website with proper training and a seamless process when they went live.
Since its establishment, Macra’s website has been successful in raising awareness for its services and work which has led to hundreds of sales of memberships, growing their already impressive movement.
